2. PRODUCT QUALITY
2.1. Products sold in the Store must comply with the safety, quality and conformity requirements applicable to them under the law.
2.2. Product descriptions provide information about the main characteristics, intended use, compatibility and other information relevant to selecting and using the product correctly.
2.3. The appearance, colour, surface texture or other visual characteristics of some automotive parts may differ slightly from the images displayed in the Store due to photography, screen settings, production batches or other objective factors.
2.4. Minor cosmetic manufacturing or transportation marks that do not affect the functionality, safety or intended use of a product shall not, in themselves, be considered a product defect, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
3. PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY WITH THE VEHICLE
3.1. Before purchasing a product, the Buyer must ensure that the selected product is suitable for their vehicle.
3.2. A matching vehicle model name or model year does not always mean that a product is compatible with all versions of that particular model.
3.3. Compatibility may depend on:
-
vehicle model;
-
model year;
-
body type;
-
engine;
-
equipment level;
-
facelift / pre-facelift version;
-
original vehicle parts;
-
other technical parameters.
3.4. Where the product description states that a particular product is compatible with a specific vehicle model, the Buyer should check all stated compatibility parameters.
3.5. If the Buyer is unsure whether a product is compatible with their vehicle, they should contact the Seller before placing an order:
Email: [email protected]
Tel.: +370 622 22152
3.6. Any compatibility confirmation provided by the Seller is based on the information supplied by the Buyer. The Buyer should verify the suitability of the product for their specific vehicle before installation.
4. BODY PARTS AND AERODYNAMIC COMPONENTS
4.1. Automotive body parts, spoilers, lips, splitters, diffusers, side skirts and other similar products may be designed for a specific vehicle model. However, due to individual vehicle tolerances, previous modifications or other factors, additional adjustment may sometimes be required during installation.
4.2. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, some body parts may require additional installation work, mounting hardware or minor adjustment.
4.3. Before painting or final installation, the Buyer should check the fitment of the product on the vehicle.
4.4. If a product is to be painted, bonded, drilled, cut or otherwise modified, the Buyer should verify its suitability and fitment before carrying out irreversible work.
4.5. The Seller recommends that Buyers do not carry out painting, cutting, drilling or other irreversible modifications before confirming that the product is suitable for the particular vehicle.
5. HEADLIGHTS AND OTHER LIGHTING EQUIPMENT
5.1. Automotive headlights and other lighting equipment must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
5.2. Before using lighting equipment on public roads, the Buyer must ensure that the specific product may legally be used in their country and complies with the technical requirements applicable to the particular vehicle.
5.3. Product marking, certification or approval alone does not necessarily mean that a product may be used under all conditions in every country or on every specific vehicle.
5.4. Different European countries may have additional national technical inspection or vehicle-use requirements.
5.5. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that installed lighting equipment complies with the applicable road traffic and technical inspection requirements in their country.
6. INSTALLATION
6.1. Automotive parts must be installed according to their intended purpose and, where necessary, by a qualified professional.
6.2. Where installation may affect vehicle safety, professional installation by a qualified specialist is recommended.
6.3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller shall not be liable for damage or product defects resulting from improper installation, use of unsuitable tools, improper use, unauthorised modification of the product or other actions by the Buyer.
6.4. Before installing a product, the Buyer should check that it is not damaged and that its contents and accessories correspond to the order.
6.5. If a possible product defect is identified, the Buyer should not install, paint or otherwise modify the product until the situation has been assessed.
7. PRODUCT COMPLIANCE AND EUROPEAN UNION REQUIREMENTS
7.1. The Seller aims to ensure that products offered in the Store comply with the European Union product safety and conformity requirements applicable to them.
7.2. Where specific conformity, marking, use or safety requirements apply to a particular product, relevant information may be provided in the product description, on the product, on its packaging or in documentation supplied with the product, where such information is legally required.
7.3. The Buyer must comply with all use, installation and safety instructions supplied with the product.
7.4. Products must not be used for purposes other than those for which they are intended where such use may pose a risk to people, the vehicle or the environment.
8. ORIGINAL AND NON-ORIGINAL AUTOMOTIVE PARTS
8.1. Products offered in the Store may include aftermarket parts or alternative parts designed for a particular vehicle model.
8.2. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a product that is not manufactured by the original vehicle manufacturer is not an original vehicle manufacturer's part.
8.3. Vehicle manufacturers' names, vehicle models and other trademarks are used solely to identify product compatibility or intended application where necessary for the product description.
8.4. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, aftermarket or alternative parts sold in the Store are not original vehicle manufacturer parts.
9. WARRANTY AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
9.1. Consumers have all rights relating to product quality and conformity granted to them under applicable Lithuanian and European Union law.
9.2. If a product does not conform to the contract or has a defect, the Buyer has the right to exercise the remedies provided by applicable law.

9.5. If a product non-conformity is established, the Buyer shall be entitled to the remedies provided by applicable law.
9.6. Warranty rights are not automatically excluded merely because a product has been installed. However, when assessing a product defect, it may be relevant whether the product was properly transported, stored, installed and used.
10. WHEN A WARRANTY CLAIM MAY BE REJECTED
10.1. The Seller may reject a claim where it is established that the reported damage or failure was not caused by a lack of conformity of the product but resulted from the Buyer's actions or other circumstances outside the Seller's responsibility.
10.2. Such circumstances may include, to the extent permitted by applicable law:
-
improper installation;
-
use contrary to the intended purpose;
-
failure to follow instructions;
-
unauthorised modification of the product;
-
mechanical damage;
-
improper transportation after receipt of the product;
-
improper storage;
-
accidents or other external mechanical impact;
-
use of unsuitable additional parts or materials;
-
normal wear and tear where it does not result from a lack of conformity of the product.
10.3. If it is determined that a product defect resulted from improper installation or use, the Seller shall inform the Buyer and provide available information supporting such assessment.
10.4. Nothing in this section shall be interpreted as removing or limiting any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
11. SAFETY INFORMATION
11.1. The Buyer must use products for their intended purpose and follow all safety and usage instructions supplied with the product.
11.2. Where additional safety requirements or warnings apply to a particular product, they may be provided in the product description, on the product, its packaging or in documentation supplied with the product.
11.3. If the Buyer believes that a product may pose a safety risk or does not comply with applicable safety requirements, the Buyer should immediately stop using the product and inform the Seller:
11.4. The notification should include the order number, product name, product code and as much information as possible about the potential safety issue.
12. RESPONSIBILITY FOR VEHICLE MODIFICATIONS
12.1. Vehicle modifications may affect the vehicle's technical characteristics, insurance, technical inspection and the legality of operating the vehicle on public roads.
12.2. Before installing any modifying part, the Buyer must ensure that such modification is permitted in their country and for their particular vehicle.
12.3. The Seller does not guarantee that a particular modification will be accepted as legal for use on public roads in every European Union country where such legality depends on national requirements, technical inspection authorities or the specifications of the particular vehicle.
12.4. The Buyer is responsible for complying with applicable local road traffic, technical inspection, insurance and other vehicle-use requirements.
